The Center for Law and Social Justice at Medgar Evers College hosted a Facebook Live on Black Children, Education & the Census During Covid-19

CLSJ Interim Executive Director Lurie Daniel Favors, Esq. hosted a lively conversation with Madina Toure, Education Reporter for Politico NY and Kara Benton-Smith, Parent Activist and Board Chair of Little Sun People Daycare. The three discuss the ways a low 2020 Census count will harm education outcomes for Black children and how remote learning disparities during the era of the coronavirus will shape them for a generation.
